First off, check everything out prior to shipping. The scam from these asshole buyers is to make you freak out and worry about getting a report form eBay or PayPal. Dont fall for these assholes that want you to give them everything for free, because as you know, they are there to scam you into how much they can get the product for free. They think if they threaten you with feedback or chargebacks you'd just give them everything for free, and when you do, they nail you. The buyer has a fully functional item for free and she did something that she didnt want it anymore because its prob. her item that she sent back and stole yours.
Thats why you should put marks on the products with invisible ink so when you do get a so called return, you can look for it, and dont tell anyone.
