Details: | Buyer sent message asking for a reduced price on an item that did not offer "Make an offer" because the price was firm. I did not answer the message because the price was firm. The buyer proceeds to buy 2 of the items for full price. Out of the kindness of my heart, I issued a $5 refund (10% off). Buyer received items over 3 weeks ago and just left feedback stating that the price was unfair and that one of the items was broken. It was perfume. No one waits three weeks to get upset about broken perfume. If you have never received a broken perfume in the mail, let me tell you that the broken perfume is top of mind EVERY TIME YOU WALK IN YOUR HOUSE, OPEN YOUR MAILBOX, GET IN YOUR CAR, ETC. You are literally reminded that you paid for a broken bottle multiple times a day for several months. This lady is a cheapskate and a liar. |
