Buyer purchased a service from us on ebay. Buyer didn't seem to understand what they actually bought and appears to be buying low value items/services on eBay in an attempt to "buy" positive feedback from sellers. When we asked buyer if they had any intention on using the service they bought from us they kept insisting we leave "feedback". Never responded to our questions about them using the services they bought nor how we could help assist them. They just wanted "feedback". Account was only a few months old so perhaps they are trying to fluff their feedback scores for future scams. We ended up canceling the order and refunding the buyer as the communication with the buyer was going nowhere.
