First off, dont blame the buyer for something that was clearly your responsibility. Did you not see the terms and conditions of any payment service? Its you that said not to ship it without tracking. Tracking is for your benefit not anyone elses. Why is tracking offered, for one reason, to prove the buyer received the package! The burden of proof is on you to place tracking and to prove the item was delivered. You were stupid enough to ship without tracking and you were told when the payment came in that you needed tracking to win any type of case.
