From Cipe23, PayPal Put a hold on my account, only allowing me to Pay by eCheck or by supplementing my PayPal account. I sent cash to put on my PayPal account. It took PayPal over 7 days to credit my account to allow me to pay this auction. He complains about the lost time, but when he cancelled my auction, I was able to pay the next day. So losing a week wouldn't have happened. If he looked at my ebay paying record it has over 1500 purchases with nothing but glowing comments. I communicated with him many times and kept him informed. Waiting a week because of a PayPal issue, with many emails does not warrant this black mark on my perfect record. He was being unreasonable. Cipe23

I have been known for being very patient and always getting out of my way with all my buyers AND if they give me a good explanation and keep me up to date with what's going on, I also don't mind "loosing a week" on a sale if that's to arrange the buyer as well at the end. As a reminder, I am not selling on eBay to make people angry, but to have returning happy customers. And on a side note, keep in mind that not all seller are patient like this nor will accept any kind of excuses, and will cancel the order right away. Without any communication I had no choices than opening a unpaid case. Also, buyer can send messages during the time the unpaid case is open, which Cipe23 never did. I am sorry for the trouble, but again this issue could have been avoided with better/proper communication.
