My god, where to start with this nightmare of a human being?
She basically ruined my love for my work. I haven't been the same since she scammed me -- even though I received the money she had hoped I wouldn't receive when I called and spoke with a rep at PayPal at length about her crime. At the end of all of this, I actually filed a report with the FBI's internet crime department. I know that nothing will probably come of it, but I would feel freed from the bitterness she left in my life if she were to be arrested and tried for fraud.
Let it be known to the entire internet at large that this "woman" is a thief, a criminal, and a sociopath with no regard for the feelings or finances of others -- nor regard for the thousands of hours of work I put into my stores, and now, it seems, hundreds of hours battling these lowlife scumbag POSs for no other reason than to make it more difficult for them to steal when the disputes are often settled on their side as "in the buyer's favor." Meanwhile, I'm here on the other side seeing that see indeed did get what she wanted... to steal from a disabled woman and her family and also get a full refund for her absolutely mindblowing charade as an angry buyer.

On September 8th 2019 Joanne Paylor paid me $1190.00USD for her first order from my store. Boy, did I ever learn a lesson there -- never allow unfamiliar clients to purchase more than $250 at a time. A few days later, before I shipped her package to

She requested a few more items so I put them together, took a photo of them (same as I did for her first order) and then packaged everything together. Luckily she didn't think to claim the second package was never delivered or anything like that. While the package was being prepared for shipment over the course of a week following her purchases, the lowlife sidled up to me and pretended to be a human being who wanted to go to some beauty conventions in LA and said we should meet up and hang out for BeautyCon. The pretend friend stuff continued for a week until her package arrived. Suddenly she was quiet, and a day after receiving the package she sent a message saying that she was "happy!" with the package but she believed there were out of date products in the shipment. Within the hour of her sending the message I responded asking her to please tell me which product she believed were bad-- then two days of silence. And then another message, for which she put on her best False Outrage act.
She said the items were USED now. She was soooo angry grrrr. Yeah, right. I asked for more details but she blocked me on depop and had already opened a dispute on PayPal requesting a full refund.
She said I didn't respond to her messages. She maintains that she received used product, and that it was out of date.
Now, I don't need to flex but I have to state for the record that I have absolutely no need nor any interest in using my inventory.
I have quite a collection of makeup and skincare and I want for -nothing.-
My clients get the newest released products, fresh as can be from the manufacturer or a place like Sephora, Milk Makeup, etc. etc.
I maintain strict standards for my product and anything past any date -- even if it just wasn't as good as it once was -- gets tossed. I will not provide anything but the best quality for my clients, that's that.
Now, I think it is also important to note now that the scumbag Paylor is a depop store owner as well. She runs a bottom shelf garbage retail shop and is at this very moment reselling to others the items she stole from me after telling PayPal she shipped her entire order back to me.
Yes, even though this POS only sent back 4lbs of her 14lb parcel, and I had conclusive videotaped evidence of this, PayPal does not make decisions regarding criminal behavior. When I told them what happened they simply requested that I file a report with the FBI. Shortly thereafter they provided me Scumbag PAYHOE'S full payment which basically bailed my then-nearly-kaput business out after her selfish, disgusting actions nearly hospitalized me when I fell into a dark depression. I worked day and night. She nearly destroyed my life with one PayPal claim. She is a sick, sick and twisted little b and I know karma will serve her in just the right ways.

If anybody needs any guidance in handling a claim with this buyer, please don't hesitate to contact me for more details.
