I'm the buyer in this complaint. This ebay seller: buyingbaseball, sold me a lot of x-men comics and described them all as Near Mint (No Damage). I receive them and the books have several bends, dents and tears. I requested a return. Seller approves it and refunds me the purchase price. His last message to me was "Do not return the item. You can keep it." How am I a bad buyer in this situation????!
