The buyer (from Mexico) has purchased expensive wristwatches (from Japan) in several transactions (over $10000+ USD) for reselling in the US market. He asked to ship it to his US address "Caroline st 1211, suit 1802, Houston, Texas 77002" but later he refused the package at US customs when he realized of expensive import taxes and was unable to pay for it.
He fled with a Paypal dispute and the items eventually returned back (in months) with heavy costs including Return to Sender fees, customs clearance, as well as dispute fees. SELLER BEWARE!
