Buyer ignores messages from me asking her color preference since she never choose one. In the last message over a 7 day period(eBay makes us ship in 24hr to retain our power seller status) I tell her I will send yellow gold as this is my default because its the most ordered color. 1 month later after she buys them(2ring guards) she tells me she ordered 1white & 1 rose gold. No where did she send her preference!! I looked everywhere for it!! She has a low feedback!! Now I get bad feedback and low DSR because she can't be bothered sending me a reply!! Plus it hurts my power seller status because I can't ship in time!!! And why wait a whole month to make the complaint!!! Didn't you notice the color 3 weeks ago!!!! I'm not giving them to you for free now!! Return them unused!! I think someone told her to make up a complaint and she'll got them for free!!!
