Buyer claimed that she received an incomplete order. This is UNTRUE. We take precautions and steps to make sure the correct order is shipped out every-time. Her order was the only order that day for this particular product. Additionally, we had evidence showing that the order was complete. Sadly, eBay customer support said you can fight the claim or give her partial money back. But, we were warned that in situations like this it might go against us and affect our seller record resulting in a defect on our account. Rather than waste our time, and a good reputation with eBay, we gave the buyer a refund.

We encourage sellers to check this buyers 'feedback left for others'. Based on her responses negative, neutral even some of the positive feedback's its evidence that she asking for refunds from other sellers too.
