The buyer ordered one product twice in a row. So we asked to confirm that the product order was correct, but there was no response. So we sent two products packed in one box. The buyer suddenly canceled all two orders when the product arrived at the USPS Distribution Center. So we asked the buyer to refuse to deliver the product or to send the goods to the return address immediately. But the customer did not respond. After a month or so, the product arrived at our warehouse. The buyer seems to have already used the product for about a month. One product was used without a package, and the other product was sent without opening.
