Details: | Buyer purchased a ring - received ring and claimed that it was broken. Refused to show picture of breakage or the state of the packaging received. Buyer then proceeds to make a PAYPAL claim for SNAD and requested for full refund. I responded by offering a full refund provided she sends back the ring. She refused and then threatened to leave negative feedback IF she doesnt receive a replacement (and no she does not want to send back the original ring). This buyer clearly wants an extra ring and that there was no damage whatsoever as alleged. Please do not deal with this person as she is trying old PAYPAL tricks to get free goods from honest internet sellers. |

The picture of the BROKEN and very poor ring was sent to seller that refused every type of communication in a very unprofessional way. The internal cabochone of the ring was broken, sign that the seller shipped it already broken. The ring itself had a lower value of the cost of the shipment back to seller that was invited to send a courier for collection. At this point the seller started threatening very aggressively and I remained with a broken crappy ring that was impossible to be used. The reporter has evidently some problems.

Again, the buyer lies through and through. Ring was sent in perfect condition, buyer apparently damaged it and claimed SNAD under PAYPAL and PAYPAL required the buyer to send it back for a refund, for which the buyer flatly refused. It is worthy to note that the buyer is accusing the seller exactly the same thing she did to the seller rather than the other way round. The report stands as is. Sellers should deal with this buyer at their own risk.
