Dont know what the warrantee policies are with Amazon, but you should have made it clear in store or listing of what the terms od sale and cancellation policies are. If amazon takes the buyer's side regardless of what your polices are, then you know what amazon thinks of you and shoudl consider doing business with another platform other than amazon.

Does not matter what Amazon says or does. Seller need to expose those that abuse the system so that they are cut off from buying products. There is a difference between a product that has a problem and just using it through the holidays and returning it because you are done with it.
