Buyer opens a return request and I accept it. Then I received two returned remote key fobs. First of all, the buyer took both of the brand new internal remote transmitters and put in old and faulty remote transmitters. The old remote transmitters have glue around the battery and is stick to the base of the remote case. A brand new remote transmitter should not have any glue or sticky tape around the battery and it is place inside the remote module, not stick to the base of the case. Secondly, both of the keys are cut. In the item description, It states clearly that "Return of keys already been cut will not be accepted." I think the buyer is dishonest and I deny refunding the buyer.
