This individual made a $150+ purchase with us. According to tracking data (13110670000022254804), they received their item 37 days ago. Three days ago, they opened a paypal dispute stating the charge was unauthorized (WITHOUT A SINGLE WORD TO US). I've sent them 2 eBay messages with scans of USPS receipts and tracking data. I've uploaded 3 files of scanned documents to the paypal dispute file proving they received the item. I've asked them 3 times if they want to just return the merchandise for a refund but THEY HAVE NOT SAID A SINGLE WORD TO US THIS WHOLE TIME. Merely opened a dispute and ignored our communications. After a call to paypal, paypal sided with us and released the funds, now they're working w/ this goofball's credit card company. .... I don't mind if the buyer just forgot what the charge was for. I wouldn't even mind if they wanted to return the merchandise. But to file a dispute, hold my funds, then not respond to me at all? Inconsiderate and classless. I'm very disappointed in this buyer.
