Honestly, the whole state of Delaware should probably be banned from shipments considering how many mail scammers seem to operate out of there. In fact, 75% of all our problems come from Delaware assholes, including return scams, stolen identities, hacked accounts, international forwarders and credit card fraud. I feel sorry for the people who live there and have honest lives, but it is ridiculous how often this shit happens in that state! Ten years of doing business on eBay and this shit still persists. Ugh.

Anyway, despite yet another disregarded plea to management to cancel an order coming from Delaware, we sent out a package to this obviously an international forwarding address. Low and behold, we get return request nearly a month after delivery confirmation, demanding a return because the item doesn't fit their socket type. At no point did we represent that this item could fit his socket type, a 250 V Type H. The reason for this return was: "This item doesn't match the description in your listing". Then in the description, he states that nowhere in the listing does it state that it won't work on his socket. What!?

We only sell to the contiguous U.S. for various reasons, primarily because we offer free shipping on all our product. A lot of what we sell are electronics, all of which are meant for Type A and Type B 120V sockets. If you happen to buy items like these and try and use it on another type of socket, I would hope you would be smart enough to use some sort of adapter and/or converter.

Like usual, despite our attempts to convey this to eBay, they sided with him. Hey, but honestly, good luck with returning that item, which was forwarded to the country of Georgia, when it was delivered from us initially to the U.S. state of Delaware! Hopefully the idiot realizes he can't possibly return it from an address other than the delivery address, let alone on the other side of the goddamn world.

This isn't the first time some shit like this has happened and it won't be the last.
