Details: | Based in United States, stroke-my-vega! has been an eBay member since Dec 02, 2000 This buyer won an auction i had posted. he/she then refused to pay me and demanded a cancellation. after my initial irritation with him/her i called ebay and got everything squared away and cancelled the transaction for them. he/she continued to message me for the next 3 nights (so far). each message getting more and more abrasive and then they started with the name calling and immature routine. I do not recommend associating with this person as they will harass you and waste your time. although i was assured the negative feedback would be removed (because they never paid for the item and had no right to leave feedback) stroke-my-vega! thought it was necessary to harass me even more by leaving a nasty message via negative feedback. I looked through this persons feedback history and there is clear evidence they have purchased items and got the auction canceled more than a handful of times. |

This is a total lie. This person miss represented the item in the title compared to the auction description. I politely asked for the seller to cancel and was met with robotical denies and explanations that I should not have bid without fully understanding the auction. This seller required to be put in their place as I had to practically beg for a cancellation. The negative feedback was not removed because I was able to show ebay the horrible comments and hard headedness of this seller. Ebay does not allow sellers to abuse their buyers buy demanding payment. Buyers are not supposed to repeatedly bid and cancel. I've been a member since 2000 and have over 1030 feedback almost exclusively as a buyer. I've had probably 6 or 7 experiences similar to this with forceful sellers. I will not be forced into any situation.

Beware sellers: I had the exact scenario with this buyer (stroke-my-vega!), oh my gosh the names he uses. Threatened me if I don't cancel sale "you won't like the outcome" I contacted ebay and ask them to look into his threats as well as bad buyer practices. Look at the feedback he leaves, I would imagine he uses the system to get money back on many items he purchases. He claimed I was the problem so I hunted up his name on this site and found another complaint, I sent it to him to prove I wasn't alone, so of course he calls us both idiots and replies seller is a liar..... Horrible experience, worst of the worst.

Stroke-my-vega! Is a great buyer. Has been buying from me for years. No problems at all.
Maybe you sellers shouldn't expect positive feedback when you are practicing poor seller tactics.

I tried to screw stroke-my-vega! by sending him an item not as described that was also damaged. I then told him he must pay me for return shipping even though he did nothing wrong.
Be opened a return request on eBay and after very intelligently refuting my claims, and pointing out that buyers shouldn't have to be forced into paying return costs on things that are not as described or are damaged, I had to pay return shipping.
I learned my lesson to not F with such sharp buyer and now must run along with my tail between my legs.
I have no life and thought I'd share my seller experience with the world like the other two losers on here.

Lots of negatives left and many, many "positives" left where buyer gets items for free by getting refunds. Shady buyer. Still at it. Check feedback left for others - buyer gets a LOT for "free".

I looked up this buyer and was surprised to see this. He recently bought 30 subwoofers, 15 amplifiers and countless other items from me. The total cost was over $15,000. He paid promptly and I went ahead and shipped everything despite hesitation due to these few comments.
This buyer has over 1800+ feedback so I thought maybe a few bad occurrences is normal.
I got no complaints and nothing but praise and positive feedback and polite communication. I think these sellers have just been put in their places by a buyer who doesn’t tolerate BS. A 22 year eBay user still at it is saying something.
