Waited exactly one month, to open an item not as described case. They stated item didn't work. Though, we do have a return policy of 30 days, we become very suspicious of buyers that wait till the last minute. Additionally, we sold 100's of this product with no complaints. Just a warning to other sellers. It wasn't worth the return in shipping, so we just decided to refund the money back without return of goods. We blocked and reported buyer, just in case this happens to someone else....
