Buyer refused to arrange for a local pick-up after winning an auction. Agreed to send shipping label, then submitted a dispute instead. I won the dispute; however, the buyer then disputed with his bank and eBay tried to pass on a $20 dispute charge to me. (I eventually had it removed.)
