| Details: | Buyer purchased Nexus 6 from me then when it arrived made a fake unboxing video showing an empty box with a calculator in it instead of the package I sent him that included an unopened brand new nexus 6. He's been abusive in our conversations trying to resolve this. I have filed a report with ic3.gov and will be filing a report with the United States Postal Inspectors. |

Yea right you cheated me ive been cheated on cell phones before to you sellers do it all the time I opend a sealed box how is that fake your probably just some dome collage student scamming us honest buyers and samsung sucks anyway you put a calculater inside instead of a phone so it would way properly you cheater.

Neither of you are going to sue anyone. I'm willing to bet you don't even know the first step in filing a legal complaint - and I doubt either of you can afford an attorney.
