How do you know the buyer is in the US. I just had an issue with the same address which belongs to Globbing. Buyers name is similar to the one you are reporting but not same. Purchase was through eBay. USPS tracking says delivered but buyer claimed they didn't get it.

If USPS tracking says delivered, you're set - just don't communicate with the buyer and call eBay to escalate and close the case in your favor with the USPS tracking.
You can call Globbing and get the forwarding address to see if they're in the US or in Armenia.

In my case, USPS said "Delivered to agent for final delivery" and showed up green on USPS site. Then 2 days later the buyer opens a case saying it's not delivered and somehow USPS tracking changed to in transit. I talked to local post office they say the package was picked up and delivery scan made but in transit 2 days later was computer generated, no scans. How do these thieves do that??

Same address, but different person is trying to scam an expensive laptop. Glad see this and cancel the order right away.

Don't cancel - send them an empty box and give them a taste of their own medicine.
Since it's a known forwarding address, eBay won't cover them for moneyback guarantee.
