On December 11th 2019 I've received an order from Gary Gramley for an used, open-box iPhone 11 Pro 64GB Max, listed on eBay. Gary Gramley paid with his credit card using PayPal account and the item was shipped and delivered to his address in Brighton, MA on 12/14/2019. Next day, December 15th 2019 he initiated a return ticket claiming that the item he received wasn't as it was described. We've honored his request and offered a return & refund through the resolution center. Instead of sending us item back, he send us an empty box full of trash and then was pushing eBay to close the case. We had to report this incident to the Brighton Police Department and appeal a case through eBay and only after 3 weeks since the delivery date we were able to get our money back. Do not waste your time for people like these and just cancel the order!
