This buyer purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 2 from my ebay store. After receiving the item, 5 days after delivery the buyer opened a claim with ebay that the package was empty. I was instructed by ebay that my only option was to accept the return and appeal on the backend, which I did. During the return period the buyer submitted a fake police report to ebay and they closed the case and refunded the buyer. The buyer had the item shipped to "The Mail Drop" and 3rd party shipping store in billings, and used fake name to reserve their box at the store. I have reported the fake police report to the billings police department and the case is under further investigation.
