DO NOT SELL TO THIS CUSTOMER. SHE COMMITS BANK FRAUD AND IS EXTREMELY HOSTILE / UNWELL.

This customer made two orders with us. Both orders shipped within the timeframe given on in the shipping policy which she agreed to when checking out. The orders were shipped within 3-5 days of purchasing from us. She paid for economy shipping for both orders. We are located in CA and she is in FL (completely across the country). Her order was shipped and it took approx 7 days to reach her. During this process she had countless meltdowns, blocking and unblocking us on Facebook. Harassing our staff, threatening to dispute the charges, claiming her package was lost, being completely outrageous. She ended up demanding the package better be delivered within 24 hours otherwise she would dispute the charges. The packages were delivered the following day which was the 5th business day after being shipped. This is standard shipping time for packages going across the US. She disputed the charges regardless and went MIA from responding to emails. We filed a police report against her for stolen merchandise as well as contacted the security team at her bank to let them know of her hostile behavior and to let them know she's making false reports.

There's a global pandemic but she states there's absolutely NO mail delays due to this. The customer is very unwell - I wish we could post images on here to see how she speaks. Do not sell to this customer and save yourself your energy. She is just mean.
