Paypal was ordered by Ebay to make the return cost of the product, yet the Buyer sent me a book too.

I am filing a police report. Perhaps there are some Interstate laws that have been violated. If it is Interstate, then it is a federally prosecutable offense.

Let me know if it is possible to file the police report and I will do the same.

This buyer did same to me with different userid. Purchased $300 item and returned pornographic magazine.

This buyer did the same to me. Purchas d a $280 Apple watch and then said it was defective.

It's hard to believe that this guy can get away with this time and time again, yet gets in no trouble. This system if really fucked up.

contact eBay and ask to speak to a supervisor. They refunded me the money after I spoke to a supervisor and reported this buyer. They removed the buyer from eBay and said it has been "taken care of".

I talked to a supervisor after they found in his favor, even though I told them he sent back a book. I don't know why they even give you the option to tell them they sent back the wrong item if they are still going to rule in the sellers favor within hours of the report. When I called the supervisor for the appeal (after they already credited the money back through paypal) and they said there was nothing they could do. They were sorry but that have nothing in place to handle this kind of fraud since it was my word against his. It is complete bullshit that someone with 100+ transactions over the last 12 yrs with 100% positive feedback would lose a case to someone with no feedback. I did learn one thing, if someone ever bids I my items and they don't have a lot of good feedback over a longer period of time, i'm going to cancel the deal and not send them the item.
