An eBay nightmare. I sold (in auction) a DVD boxset of three discs for… NINETY NINE PENCE. The bidder paid, the next day, I printed the postage label, checked to make sure that the three discs were inside and they were not, one was missing. So I emailed the buyer and explained that a disc was missing and that I would therefore have to cancel the order. He seemed to understand, but I didn’t realize at the time I was dealing with such an abhorrent human being.

Today, he left a NEGATIVE feedback “Not a complete set. Seller DID acknowledge this, and refunded me” hmm..

I got the f/b removed by explaining to eBay what had happened, but that doesn’t seem enough under the circumstances as other sellers might have the misfortune of dealing with this ‘member’ so add his name to your blocked buyers list and I hope karma does the rest for this individual.

Imagine the mind of someone who would consider leaving such a scummy feedback over a non-issue like this (99p, this is peasant territory, note to self: must not list 99p items as you run the risk of dealing with these kind of people), he must really be a terrible loser in real life.
