Don't do any business with him - he rips everyone off - he also has assault charges against him - in addition he is horrible person and he a liar - he was my landlord for a year - never did anything and didn't to laws of LTB. He never provided 24hrs notice - he would lie to cops, lies to the neighbor and his friends - he is fraud and drunk. If you choose to rent from him and do business - read everything over - and have everything documented make sure you have lawyer look everything over twice... before you do anything.

He longer live at the address post - he is located in sturgeon falls ( somewhere ) Please note - just an insight last year his license was suspend for drinking and driving ( character assessment ) do you really wanna do business with someone who puts other peoples live in danger.
