Buyer purchased an estate piece - 14KT gold chain. Initiated return claiming it showed signs of repair and irritated their skin. Refused to upload images. During messages regarding the return, buyer got combative and accused us of selling fake gold. We're an estate jewelry store. Buyer sent chain back, we retested - 100% genuine. No signs of repairs. Buyer just didn't like chain and made false claims to get full refund. We refunded as gesture of goodwill and buyer left negative feedback. This is a 100% dishonest buyer.
