Ste H, Historic New Castle DE 19720-2730. I cancelled the order, but wanted to make others aware.

Zero feedback. Account opened day of sale. Same Delaware address as above. Google Maps shows this address as a vacant lot. Cancelled and refunded. Blocked from bidding and contacting me on eBay.

I sold something to this buyer thru Ruby lane. I saw this post and stopped the transaction. PayPal is holding my money on a separate transaction because this person complained. PayPal is a rip off.

This is a freight fowarder. They ship overseas for buyers when you don't have int'l shipping on your item. Good news is if there's any problem with your order, ebay covers you as soon as you tell them it's a freight forwarder.
