The buyer purchased a computer on Amazon. A few days later the buyer opened a SNAD saying that the item is defective because the fan is too loud. A return shipping label was issued. Upon return I ran 'HeavyLoad' on the computer to simulate a very heavy load on the computer and found that the fan was working normally. Add this buyer to the list of people who change their mind after purchase and open a dispute just to get a free return shipping label.
