Details: | Will immediately file false disputes claiming non receipt of merchandise the second you send her the tracking numbers. Files dispute because she's too stupid to know how to track a package. Sent her an email with the tracking and immediately underneath the tracking it says to wait 2 days for the tracking to appear on USPS, FedEx or UPS website. This idiot cuts and pastes the tracking number into everyone's website knowing full well that this disclaimer is stated in capital letters surrounded by astricks saying to wait 48 hours. Then this bi*ch goes and files a dilberate dispute for mail order fraud trying to steal the product from our company. Then goes on to make excuses and lies saying how the links to our site dont work when they work perfectly. Will legally agree 1/2 dozen times that she reads policies and then immediately uses her ignorance to try to contradict them. Will falsify disputes and then deliberately hide from her lies. Thief! |

You have to wait till estimated delivery past to file a claim with eBay, or 1 week with PayPal. The fact it took you over a week to upload tracking and then made the person wait 48 hours more after the fact, I mean what would you expect? The problem is with you for waiting over the estimated delivery to ship the item, not the buyers fault. eBay I know for a fact will only return money in a not received case only after a few days has past after uploading tracking and no update, they just don't take the buyers word for it.
