Buyer ordered, installed, and used a cold air intake for his vehicle. It is clearly stated in the return policy just below the item description that there are no returns for installed products. The buyer did not even contact us, he simply abused the eBay return policy in an attempt to circumvent the return policy by claiming that the item was not as described because he experienced a decrease in fuel economy and increased engine noise under "hard acceleration"! He purchased a PERFORMANCE PRODUCT to increase performance... aside from that obvious product classification, it is NOT a "try before you buy" item. We would have accepted a return had he simply changed his mind BEFORE INSTALLING the product but not after it was installed as, at that point, the item is not resellable. Once we re-iterated the clearly stated return policy to him in an eBay communication he threatened "that's fine, I will just leave negative feedback and get eBay to handle it". Clearly someone is versed in "working the system". In our experience with him to this point and from his communications... no personal accountability, questionable integrity... seller beware... He is now blocked in all our stores on all marketplaces.
