Shaun Daggett attempted to extort a partial refund from our company by threatening a bad review with the bbb. Demanded a core return on items he did not return, and demanded we return double the appropriate core charge on the non returned items. When we did not give in to Mr Daggett's extortion attempts, he placed untrue negative reviews calling us thieves.
