This buyer purchased a laptop. Well past the return period the buyer says that he wants to return the laptop. I provided information on how to open a support case with Lenovo as the computer is covered under warranty. The buyer opened a case with eBay saying that because his daughter was travelling the return period somehow didn't apply to him.

This is a very unreasonable person. Stay away!!
