First off did you have tracking information on the item. Regardless of how long it takes, as long as the tracking information shows package movement, the dispute will stay open until delivery. 2-4 weeks for delivery sounds like you didnt put tracking on the item. There are alot of moron idiots from Florida, so stupidity is common in that state. Basically the buyer knew you didnt put tracking on the package, found out when you shipped it, then filed a dispute to steal the item. But thats your own fault, PayPal tells you for all non receipt of merchandise disputes, to make the package traceable. Paypal shouldnt be out any money because your actions. You knew that you had to make the shipment trackable, and you didnt. Regardles of how long it takes, the burden of proof is on you!
