Details: | buyer requested cancellation of bid on an item he won. I had no problem with this request, so I cancelled the bid. Buyer leaves a negative feedback stating "I didn't have the item". I sent a feedback revision request explaining this, no feedback revision was made. I tried to do everything right by waiting the alloted time, and here I am getting negatives for "giving good customer service". I'd love to be able to upload the screenshot of the message requesting cancellation of the bid. |
