buyer bought from us in Dec, 2011 and everything was ok. Then she made another purchase in April, 2012.
This 2nd order was shipped with tracking and it showed the parcel was delivered. However, buyer files a dispute on paypal saying that the payment of this order was not authorized. But buyer bought from us before and so we don't understand why this payment was not authorized, we wrote to this buyer and no reply.
Then this buyer tried to make a 3rd purchase as she got her money back from her 2nd purchase, so we wrote her again about her payment error on the 2nd purchase, this time she replied and she said the money she claimed back for the 2nd order was no successful and she called her credit card company to cancel this dispute and so the money should be back to us and so we can ship her 3rd order. But she was lying!! we called paypal to confirm and paypal said this buyer didn't cancel any dispute, and of course we cancel her 3rd order and blacklist this buyer.
Please do not sell to her as she will claim her money back with her credit card company after she got the items with unauthorized dispute.
moreover, I was curious why she didn't claim her money back for her 1st order. Then I found that it was because that order was made over 6 months ago and so she cannot do any chargeback.
