Details: | Why would buyer contacted me after almost four months for an order that was placed using Expedited shipment which is supposed to be delivered in less than four business days? Buyer first contacted me on 6-13-2016 (after four months) for not receiving the item and ask to have a refund right away. But the buyer prefer not to ask for a replacement instead. Buyer sent a third message on 6-15-2016 saying 'this item was missing from the box' which is contradicting the first non-receive claim, but instead it was delivered without the item inside the package. It has been too long since the order and delivery for any investigation. Buyer should have claimed non delivery soon after the delivery window had passed (e.g. couple days after the order date). Because buyer didn't alert me four months ago that the item had not been delivered, I can't follow up to find the package. |
