Purchased (2) items then claimed when package arrived that I had failed to include both items in the shipment.

Buyer asked for a partial refund, or for the missing item to be sent. When I informed the buyer that in fact both items had been in the package, she threatened via email to report me to the Retail Trading Standards.

I also requested that she provide me with pictures of the packaging so that I could see if the envelope had been torn or tampered with. I then heard nothing more from the buyer.

Then in May I received the original UNTOUCHED package back from British Customs. Both items were in the packaging, and it appeared that the buyer had refused the shipment because of customs/duties to be paid.

I refuse to ship items as gifts when in fact they are not. It is obvious that this buy was trying to take advantage of me, and got caught in her own lies.
