Buyer tried to claim she was sent the wrong item and sent pictures which showed she indeed received the correct item. Told her we would not accept the return and she send back anyhow. Called eBay and they said okay to deduct shipping both ways. Anyhow she is fraud she tries very hard to show herself as innocent but ebay purchase histpry showed for me to fulfill order as a certain way and that is what I did. Customers who make buying error should not be allowed NOT to be charged return shipping. This is our Policy with eBay. Fucking from her.
