SELLER BEWARE OF THIS BUYER THEY LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK EVEN WHEN THE SELLER DOES NOTHING WRONG! I am a U.S. based seller and a buyer from the United Kingdom purchased a pair of shoes from me and then once they received the item they made false claims about the shoes. Customer purchased the shoes on November 4th, 2018 and I shipped the item on November 5th, 2018. Once they received the item they messaged me saying that I sent them the wrong size shoes to them, when that wasn't the case at all. This customer purchased a US size 12 shoe and that was what was sent to them. My guess is the buyer had failed to see that the shoes were clearly labeled a US size 12 throughout my ebay listing. It is clear that this buyer purchased the wrong size shoes and is now blaming me, the seller, for their mistake!!! Instead of stating the truth about the item the customer immediately left a negative on ebay stating:
"Slow delivery, had to return as size advertised incorrectly."

This whole statement is completely incorrect. She bought on November 4th I shipped November 5th, how is that slow shipping? I listed the shoes as a US size 12 and that was the size that was shipped to them and the buyer even stated that when they messaged me about the item. Morale of this story kids, Don't bother wasting your time with this person because it is evident that this buyer not only lies but fails to read the important information that you take the time to state in your listings.
