In things like that, especially it being a new type of scam. You always take pictures of everything you ship out. In addition, you post those types of pictures clearly on the auction. Its a common scam, that you should be taking legal action against him. Show the asshole that sellers dont stand for his crap. If no one does anything then he's going to do it over and over again. You know Ebay and Amazon and PayPal arent going to jack shit about it.
