Details: | Bayer asked to pay via wire transfer, although I accept payment only via PayPal, claiming that he has no PayPal account. I agreed to accept money via mail, and asked him to send them via registered letter. Few days latter, he sends a note asking where is his item. I did reply that the money has not arrived yet and asked him for tracking number of his letter with the money. He replied, that he has no tracking number. Then I decided to open unpaid item case to protect my self. Right after that quite in a hurry Buyer pays via PayPal (lied through his teeth that he has no PayPal account in the beginning) and unpaid item case was closed. I shipped his items and after he received them, he left negative feedback in revenge. Then I issued full refund asking him to revise his feedback. No answer so far. I lost my stamps, my money, and got negative feedback. Buyer vs Seller 3:0!!! Thank you eBay! |
