Details: | Bad buyer. Purchased an item. Didn't read the listing. Blames seller for not reading the listing. He returns the item, but sent the item as 'refused', so seller paid for return. There was nothing wrong with the item. We notified amazon right away. However, we did not refuse a refund to buyer, so amazon instructed me to minus shipping fees and restocking fees. OF course, the buyer thought it wasn't fair and turned around and LIED about the quality of the item. He then, filed a 'item not as described' case in order to pursue a full refund on his end. Regardless, of what happened on the buyers end. Seller won the case, as we got to keep the money. Amazon read all of the evidence in the email messages, which was helpful in winning the case. Amazon informed me that I handled myself in a professional manner, and the buyers negative feedback was automatically removed. This is a horrible buyer, and seems to conduct himself in an unprofessional manner. Buyers like this should be banned from amazon. |
