On December 12th 2019 received an order from this person. Shipped her an iPad Pro 2018. brand new. Same day the packaged showed 'delivered', buyer opened a return request, stating that the item had liquid damage. Didn't submit any supporting documents, nevertheless we've honored the ticket and offered a return and refund. When've received a box bax, instead of an iPad we've got a bag full of trash and empty plastic bottles instead. Had to file a police report at LAPD Precinct in North Hollywood, located in 11640 Burbank Blvd, North Hollywood, CA. Spent weeks appealing the case with eBay and finally got our money back. Stay safe from this con artist, not worth your time at any costs!
