Yep just brought item of eBay from me and now claims after sending many emails not receive item, looking on google has lots of complaints from sellers that they appear to be doing this a lot.

Have been selling to them for years, mostly electronics. It's Japan, not China, big difference.
They've always been fine and reasonable. They inspect everything for their customers and will call you on anything that's not right.
Would doubt they would intentionally risk scamming anyone as they're business is buying for their Japanese customers.
They do tens of thousands of transactions, so would make sense there would be occasional mishaps, enough to give an impression of wrongdoing. people see 5 or 6 reports and assume the worst. It's the same as people thinking all the cops are bad because of the small by percentage amount of bad cops or cops in endless bad situations who make mistakes eventually..

Especially those trashy, complain about anything they can to feel better, not very honest with themselves or anyone else people.

Last comment must be planted. There are thousands of complaints on ebay and the internet against this buyer. Buyer uses hundreds of similar names. Google the name. And the company may have accounts that ship to Japan but this one ships to China (not that it matters).

I just shipped them a package, and they emailed saying it went to the wrong address. They just ordered the exact same product via a different username. I will ship it and report back.

No I'm not a shill. I'm a eBay seller and this buyer bought and paid something from me. It's wasn't very expensive ($15 plus $9 shipping), a vintage magazine. Which I find kind of weird because it doesn't seem like the kind of item that would be worth shipping on to Asia for resale.

Yup, I did some research, found out they are actually claiming to be the official Japanese ebay site. Called ebay and was transferred to their trust and safety department, these guys have over 10K accounts and possibly into the 100k (according to ebay agent). Lets just say they wont be around much longer. The ebay agent said ebay just did a big bust on another big scam syndicate but said this one was very alarming. It's going to definitely bad news for this scam group after eBay legal steps in.

Warning... this address tried to purchase a high dollar item in my online store, tried 7 times to make purchase with different peoples name and address. Appears to be a fraudster.

Just sold a $60 item. The sent pictures saying it was damaged. The only way could have been damaged is with intentional abuse. My pictures are my proof, but ebay does not support the seller. I don't think they leave negative feedback since the seller allows them to commit fraud. When I googled them a long time ago, I landed on a post showing all their names (at that point in time). There were at least 100 of them. Ebay doesn't care that they steal about 1 out of 6 orders, because ebay gets paid their commission on all six.

I also sold to amerikan-002 and they said it arrived damaged and wanted a refund. This was in January. It was very disappointing as we wrap items very well and in the picture it looked like it was intentionally broken. This was Jan.2019

They just bought an item from me yesterday and asked for me to put the item # on the box. Obviously a reseller. I goggled the name and low and behold, it's the same people who screwed me 2 years ago and said the item I sold them was damaged. Ebay supported them and I got a damaged item back and had to give them a refund on everything!! I then threw out the car that I sold them. It was destroyed!! Just received a purchase just shy of $100 but with shipping is $117, from Shop Airlines America, Inc. (amerikan-003) located at 2501 Santa Fe Ave. Suite B, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. Prior to them sending the money was this odd message about putting the tracking no. on the package and letting them know when the item was sent. As everyone knows when the item is shipped and prepaid for by the seller an automatic message is generated. Odd I thought. Upon my suspicions, I came across this comment board. I am going to call Ebay in the morning before shipping, and get their response. BTW the address is associated with a Freight Forwarding Service.

Ebay will tell you they are legitimate and trustworthy. They are an EBAY AFFILIATE. Ebay is okay with them stealing about 1 out of 6 orders. Their business is to allow buyers in Asia to purchase goods on Ebay when the seller doesn't offer international shipping. They win the bid, receive and reship the item to their buyer, then file fraudulent claims so they don't have to pay the seller. They don't cheat all of their sellers, they pay enough purchases to keep Ebay from shutting them down.

I sent them item overly protected with cello pillows bubble wrap and packing peanuts in a styrofoam heavyduty box could have fell from truck with no damage. Anyway after 8 days they claim item arrived broken had pics of it but no pictures of shipping packaging I sent it in I also sent it insured. After trying to get me to refund in full for a week they refused to bring it to usps for Ins claim. They filed case with eBay 12 minutes later eBay sides with them. I will definitely fight this. They wouldn’t bring it to postal because they don’t have the original shipping packaging and I’d be sure they don’t have the piece either probably in Japan

Ebay user "amerikan-027" just purchased from me. I also received a message immediately after sale. This was not a "bid" listing. Red flag. "Payment completed shortly"?? I only accept immediate payment. "Provide tracking number"? Automatic through eBay. "12-digit eBay item number on the package"?? Another red flag. "Please keep from including anything extra that is not part of the listing", like my "Thanks" card that I sign and the packing slip? Ebay needs to get rid of these fraudulent clowns permanently.

It was odd they twice emailed me expecting me not to ship and reminding me to write the ebay number on the box
several times. Suite B did not show up on my fedex site, so that is how I found these posts. I am trying
to cancel the shipping and get the customer to show up (about 30 miles away). If they show up, they pay cash only.
This buyer does seem to expect trouble, I would guess that is why so many sellers cancel the sale.
When in doubt, customers pick up. Ebay is a scam too.

stay away from them I over protected the item after seeing reviews. 8 days after they received it they send pics of broken item. there is no way that broke in shipping . they filed claim with ebay and within 21 mins I got notice that ebay sides with them and i have to refund. I had shipping insurance on the item and they refused to file through usps and sent it back to me at my cost. when I received it I video taped myself opening the box, it was damaged even more, and in the photos they sent me it was not like that. I can even see on the item where the impact was on the piece that broke. no damage at all to shipping box. in the end after contacting ebay, ebay agreed to refund me and them. these previous claims about them being shady are true, block them. the ones who claim to defend them i believe are false, what honest real merchant would take the time to look up their reviews and and praise them? think about it.

However there was just something wrong with the initial communication which was in fact the same script as mentioned above ie shipping forwarding address and write ebay details on package. Have discussed with Ebay and they assure me that this is a matter they will be investigating. However the bottom line is that this site saved me posting and potentially losing my item.

This buyer won an item from one of my auctions. ($300.00+) Was suspicious of the same messege after they won the auction about item number on ouside of box etc... Decided to look up the name associated with them " Taku Takeuchi" and came to this sight as well as other ones with pretty much the same warnings. Just had this "buyer" claim and item was not as described so they don't have to pay for return shipping AND get the original shipping back AND don't have to pay our 10% restocking fee.

Good buyer. They receive 1000 parcels per day.

They are freight forwarder to Japan. When they get the item bought from you, they immediatelly resend the it to Japan. If the item is damaged during the shipment from them to the Japanese buyer, they start the claim to you.

As other user posted.. after they ship the item to Japan if it gets damaged they expect you to return it. Sometimes they return different items so be careful. I had four successful transactions with them.. fifth turned out of be a scam. Be cautious.. other ebay seller ID is largedistant1216

The items aren't really lost or damaged. They claim a certain percentage and lie about the damage. No one has actually seen the damage that was claimed. They do this so they can sell items without having to pay for them. They are an EBAY affiliate. Ebay is okay with this scam because EBAY gets paid their seller commission anyway, so it's no loss to them.

Also was scammed by them!!! I will definitely sign up for class action law suit!!! If they win any of your items, cancel immediately!!

I was also just scammed by them. The lot they purchased had 25 items and two were supposedly damaged in mailing. I don't know if it was my mailing to them or their mailing to their "client". I was basically bullied by the buyer and Ebay into giving a full refund. I was told by Ebay that it was my only option since the buyer refused a replacement item as their "client" cancelled the order. It was either me give the refund or Ebay would just take the money from my Paypal account and give it to them. Avoid Shop Airlines America, Inc. at all costs or it will end up costing you your item and the full refund.

Taku Takeuchi won a bid on my item and paid $272. The box is packed and postage already purchased thru eBay. Intuition had me check on this seller! Glad I did, all the negative comments are awful.

Block all freight forwarders. Easiest way to do that is to block non-US PayPal transactions. When over half of international transactions have some sort of issue involved, it's not worth it to do business with them. Screw 'em.

Been on ebay since 2008. Shipped expensive item, double cardboard, collectible. Got positive feed back. Weeks later filed against me for damage package. Found out they reship. Asked to return for refund, they never did , no response, ebay gave them full refund. Found out they are an ebay partner due to their massive purchases. Recently they bought from me again. Politely refund , cancel and blocked . Their other account largedistant1204 bought the same item after. Now just annoying since you get charged additional cancelling fees.

Thanks guys, I just cancelled an order to save myself the headache. Has anyone who cancelled had to deal with them since eBay took a portion of their cancelled fee credits? Because the amount I refund isn’t the same amount they paid with shipping.

Terrible company, bought a service from me, then wants to cancel as they didnt read the description, or picture, or condition. And they refuse to cover the 15% fees that eBay/Paypal eat on refund. Are going to open a dispute over $6.5 which makes up the 15%! Likely going to give me a negative as well. No honour at all there, they refuse to stand up and pay for their mistake.

I had an issue with smallfamiliar2706, or Shop Airlines earlier this year and I had to pay for them to ship the item back to me.
