Look at the feedback he left for other seller. I don't know why ebay still allow him. Don't forget to report to ebay as well.
My advise is just ignore everything he said. He is just another liar.

No matter what he said, don't do a refund. He never log in a paypal dispute because there is nothing wrong with the item he received, he just want the item and money back.
100% he will leave you a negative feedback, no matter you do a refund or not. Don't waste you time!

Same story with me. Complained that wrong item was shipped. I'm 100% confident that it was a correct one. And in every email treat with eBay dispute.

Australia is home to just over 24 million people. Do you have any idea how hard someone would have to work to be AUSTRALIA'S WORST BUYER? I'm not even mad... I respect the hell out of this guy for dominating an entire continent in his field.
