This person creates a new ebay account, and on the same date of registration buys an item, and a minute later requests to ship to another address because "we are moving out tomorrow, I need to change the address". Really? You create a new account and put an invalid address, so you can change it later? Looks like a pro scammer who uses this "technique" to invalidate eBay Seller protection. Smells very fishy. Avoid like a plague.
Might be not even living at the address she put with her purchase, maybe eBay had her real address under another account. The one she put is in Las Vegas, but I can`t find a record of this person living at that address. Moreover, she confirmed that the address she put with the transaction is "not valid".
