Customer left unfair negative feedback after returning item, claiming the item was too large to fit the space intended for it. Item return was accepted (even with customer-caused product box damage and missing product box contents) in accordance with my posted return policy. Customer didn't like the 15% restock fee and having to pay return shipping.
