DON'T BID IF YOU CAN'T BUY! Is that so hard? Look in your bank account, if you don't have the money, don't bid. Your emergency is not my problem - eBay tells you that you are LEGALLY AGREEING TO BUY when you click. These people make eBay and similar sites unpleasant for everybody. |

The car was not as described, The car was not running according to the user, simple as that, Ebay did not force the car to be bought and believed that it was not as described. The user who reported this is completely wrong!
